Šeila Akagić
​
Šeila Akagic holds an LL.M in European Union Public Law & International Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Careerwise she is an experienced Senior Public Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the Dutch government administration industry for over 18 years. Skilled in Analysis, Government, European and International Law, Intelligence, Law Enforcement, GDPR & AI compliance. Currently she works for the Dutch central government as senior legal counsel.

She has published papers on the topic of the EU enlargement and ECtHR judgments related to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the protection of fundamental human rights

Alden Pervan
​
Alden Pervan has a specialization background in International and European law. As a lecturer, he has been involved in the above-mentioned legal areas at the Open University since 2019. In addition, Alden works as a legal and strategic advisor. Based on his specialization, Alden is involved in various studies into the current status of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the international legal order.
In the past, he has been involved in various initiatives regarding the European integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the period 2010-2014, he was chairman of the Bosnian youth association in the Netherlands 'Mladi BiH'. Within the Thinktank, he is currently involved in the working groups 'The Hague' and 'Brussels'.

Amir Jatić

Amir Jatić holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and is occupied with his MSc in Asset Management. Amir is an entrepreneur with companies in The Netherlands and Bosnia and Herzegovina which are involved in designing and building high- and medium voltage infrastructures across Europe.
Since early 2000, he has been actively involved within the Bosnian community in The Netherlands, establishing and leading some associations for many years. In recent years he’s been involved in connecting Bosnians with different backgrounds who, united, address and write about the political issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina and their possible impact on Europe and The Netherlands specifically.

Sanja Ramić

Sanja Ramić is a legal and human rights specialist with extensive experience in EU integration, legislative reforms, and sustainable governance. Her expertise spans human rights, gender equality, environmental protection, and corporate sustainability, with a strong track record in legislative reforms and institutional capacity-building.
She has 20 years of professional experience working with governments, international organizations, the private sector, and civil society organizations in the Western Balkans, Southeast Europe, and the Netherlands. As the former Head of the Department for Human Rights and Rule of Law at Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Directorate for European Integration, she contributed to key initiatives to harmonize domestic legislation with the EU acquis, particularly in human rights and the rule of law.
She currently works as a consultant for the Council of Europe, EU projects, UN agencies, and private companies, focusing on Eu accession and legislative alignment, gender equality, environmental justice, and ESG frameworks. She provides strategic recommendations on corporate due diligence and sustainable governance.
She holds an Adv. LL.M. in European and International Human Rights Law, a Master’s in European Studies (EU Law), and is a certified Gender Equality Advisor for public institutions and private companies.

Amna Avdić​
​
Amna Avdic holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences and Master's degree in European Migration en Integration Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She previously studied Political Science at the University of Sarajevo.
She works for the Municipality of Rotterdam for nearly 18 years in various roles related to migration, integration and social affairs. She served as Board Lead of the BH Platform in the Netherlands and has been actively involved in diaspora-related initiatives.

Co-founder and former co-owner of the first advisory agency in the Netherlands focused on supporting people from Bosnia and Herzegovina with integration, migration, and socio-legal issues.
​
She has been engaged for over tree decades in projects connecting Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Netherlands, accompanying Bosnian diplomatic delegations to Dutch ministries and supporting sister city partnerships.
​
Her expertise lies in the fields of migration, integration, civic participation, gender politics, and social inclusion within municipal frameworks.

Amir Grabić
​
Amir Grabić is a project manager specializing in digital transformation, currently leading procurement and IT modernization initiatives at the Ministry of Health (Netherlands). Previously, he worked at Aon, driving digital transformation projects to optimize business operations.
Beyond his professional career, Amir has been deeply engaged in the Bosnian diaspora and political advocacy in the Netherlands. As a former board member of Platform BiH, he played a key role in uniting the community and fostering strategic discussions. He has also been actively involved in lobbying efforts with Dutch ministers and political parties, advocating for policies that promote a stable and prosperous Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Currently, he serves as the Vice President of the World Federation of Bosnian Diaspora (SSD BiH), where he works on strengthening global Bosnian networks and facilitating impactful initiatives across Europe and beyond.

Haris Akagić

Haris Akagić holds a LLM in Business Law and a MSc in International Business Administration both from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. His area of expertise lies in Sustainability and Energy law. In the past years he has worked on varius sustainability projects in Europe and globally. Within the Thinktank, he is currently involved in the working groups 'The Hague' and 'Brussels'.

Currently he is the Regulatory & Compliance Manager at ANWB Group, the Netherlands, where he is responsible to ensure and enforce compliance in the field of Energy & Sustainability.
